The headset and bb specs should be listed not manufacturer website. What year/brand/model is it?
Also, on Cane Creek website you can enter the year/brand/model and they tell you what products are compatible.

Dude, is the eccentric? If so, it’s a non boost frame. We’re you aware of that?

I was looking at the eccentric alu evo 27.5, as the picture on their website of that model seemed the most similar to your electric panel ornament...cough...bike frame. I guess it’s a typo anyway, what would the 27.5 frame be 142x12 and the 29 148x12?

stem

cassette/ derailleur/ shifter

aside for tires, I'll need spacers and... what am I overlooking?

I have a set of 29 X 2.4 ardent that might work with a patch For one tire. I have a spare set or 2 of 27.5 tires but not sure I have as many 29. I will check the basement and shed tomorrow

How do I know if I picked the right caliper mounts? fork and frame are 160 direct mount, for has a 203 max and the frame has a 185 max, just looking for more leverage to delay getting zees.
