technically its round, so to do it correctly you should turn it down (lathe speak), but i agree, grinding is for peasants.

Chuck it in a drill, and hold it against a curb. who needs all those fancy machines?

Concentricity isn't of any concern, they slip inside the hub. The outside flange is what's the show stopper, so long as there is a small flange to keep it from going all the way in I won't have any issue as the mating surface won't be touc

Considered putting it in my drill press something about effort turned me off to that.
