The better cloud window looks to be over northern vt. Burlington to kingdom is probably best but I’m not going that far. Plattsburgh or bust.

Using the custom filter I made back in2017 that is for my DSLR with night mode.

I’ll download the memory card later but so far so good. Took a pic with my phone of the camera screen.

Lots of cloud cover at exactly the wrong time but did manage a few very ominous looking phone pictures.

Yup. Got cloud cover right at the time of totality. My pictures look the same.

I'll look forward to see pictures/videos from folks who were in totality.

Perfect amount of cloud cover in 08889. I only blinded myself in one eye.

Up near Lake Placid, made a last minute change in venue after hearing about clouds near Syracuse. My daughter took this pic from her iPhone from my 30x spotting scope. You can see several what I believe are solar flares. Traffic so far not bad coming home for a bucket list experience. Hearing the birds singing afterwards was the highlight.
