Also, you can get one of your neighbors with a pickem-up truck to go in on aerator and seeder rental, I'm sure there lawn looks like shit too. Save some $$ and bond with neighbors.

Not until it hits 3-3.5 inches on the new germination sprouts. Then OK...according to 95% of grass seed manufacturers

Give it a shot of fertilizer if you have not recently. I'd go with a Starter fert. , one where it the middle number is higher then the other numbers.

pretty happy with the rotospreader results this fall. You can see the difference where I couldn't seed on the hill. highly recommended, now time for leaves. Wish I had one of those cyclone rakes
