WP_20170209_08_36_11_Pro.jpg sadly this is our first this year, not too unlike last year when we got that dumping in late January. We are at about 5" now on top of the Watchungs. Planning to ride around the neighborhood soon before even useless for fatbikes. So what you folks doing today?

WFH, shoveling the driveway, and hopefully getting out on the XC skis finally 🙂

I haven't been outside yet, but it looks like 4-5 inches so far in Parsippany.

5ish in montville

Its over already by me, see blue skies to the west coming in
not much on the roads and drive as it didn't get cold enough, maybe 4 inches
going to see how it looks for sledding

Installed new brakes on race bike, trimmed hoses without having to bleed.

Rechecked sag on shock, added some air. Also added air to Fox dropper, it wasn't coming up. This is now officially the play bike for riding up north. Minion tyres, Arch rims, dropper post...JUST LIKE UTAH.

I'm gonna grab lunch, clear some snow, then head over to wangchung for some xc skiing.

Maybe 5-6 inches? Was surprisingly navigable, a heavy base with powder on top. Slow going but rideable. I got out pretty early thinking it was gonna dump more but only another inch or so. Blowing around like crazy now.

Wicked poor time management today on my part, but got out to play a little before the darkness.

Tricked my wife into doing snowshoe TM with me- sold it as "quality time".
Ultimately it was. Real nice even with the temps and wind. Caught some beautiful light in one of our favorite parks. #winning^2

Halfway through, she says "wait are you riding here tomorrow...?"
Uh...maybe?
