Rode the summer sizzler course, should be a good time for those racing. Came around a turn and this guy was laying across the trail. Barely hopped over him. Chased him off the trail after almost running him over.

July 4 - Day 2

Chasing Tom and the girls around on the Megatower was definitely a poor decision. I struggled for the entire ride. However, it was also confirmation there is no way I'll be ready in time to ride the Sheduro and actually enjoy the experience, never mind actually trying to race.

The pictures I took are kinda crap, so not worth clogging up the thread.

Giving this my best shot. I'm 5 for 5 thus far. I've been averaging 20-25 days a month all year so this isn't a huge bump in riding but the challenge will be riding outdoors in bad weather and after a 16hr shift at work.

News flash. Ride on my MTB at the Marty’s weekly ride at DM. Rode with @Reggie who was sporting his mtbnj jersey. This week was hosted by Shimano so got some swag too.

Felt good to get back in the trails but it was humid AF and I wasn’t feeling the good flowy rhythm tonight that I usually do probably because I’m a little fatigued. But it was still a great ride and great beer and BBQ and bullshitting with everyone after until dark.
