Rode Washington’s crossing and Baldpate for the first time. Rob showed us around and he even pointed out the tree where our friend Rouselle crashed. So naturally we had to take a selfie and send it to him!

1:02 Tree and Trim
Addressed a couple small trees that someone did half of them and didn’t finish? I started on an 18 inch one, but my chain was dull and I really didn’t feel like working with it today. Went back to the car and got the trimmer and did some trimming on the yellow trail, the canopy so thick over there that there’s hardly any invasive growth, but the low stuff hangs over just enough that you can’t see the trail, especially at night. There’s still some more to do but for another day. .
Missed Friday by 20 minutes as I got an emergency phone call during my ride and had to jet back home. Luckily nothing too serious but I don’t want to get into the details here. So I’m missing 3 days now. Goal would still be to try and ride the next 10 days for 28/31. But who knows that comes up next. 🤷🏻♂️
Did some extra this weekend I’ll be doing recovery rides for at least a few days.
