A striking image of Brazilian surfer Gabriel Medina at Paris 2024 has captured imaginations across the globe.

also the womens cycling road race where someone (Kristen Faulkner) who only started riding full time in 2016 blew the pros away at the end to leave them to fight for 2nd place. Then she jumps in to the track team and wins another gold. oh and she wasnt even on the team originally she was a replacement.

Women's marathon had a pretty dramatic finish and I thought the hilly course made for a more interesting race than usual.

This morning she posted an Interview where she said winning gold in the Olympics was her childhood dream, which seems odd for someone that started cycling after College. Her EF Cannondale for TDFemmes is so dope.
