Auto mechanic in Central NJ?

No idea if the rear rotors are original.

Yep I put ceramic pads at the rear. Are they known to destroy rotors?

They generate more heat than the semi-metallics that are spec'd for the car.

More heat + old/thinner rotors = warping

I'd replace the rotors. At a minimum, take some sand paper to the pads to clean off the surface so they can bed in properly to the new rotors. If you're getting the cheapest rotors, you may want to consider getting some semi-metallic pads as well just to be safe. Get some decent rotors and you'll be fine with those pads though.

Thanks for the tip. I was always under the assumption that it's safe to get cheap rotors but go with better pads, which I did. Makes sense though. I'm sure my rear rotors are older than dirt. I'll replace them and see what happens.

The cheaper rotors (for the most part) don't go through a good cryo process which changes the properties of the metal (relieves residual stresses and prevents rusting)..... so you'll save some money, but have rotors that are more susceptible to rusting and warping.

I personally don't recommend putting pad compounds on vehicles that are not spec'd for them. If the OE pads are organic, semi-metallic, or ceramic... they get replaced with an equivalent. I've found that this greatly reduces warping issues. Only time I don't follow this practice is when upgrading the brake system and thereby not using OE replacement rotors.

The rear rotors were causing the vibration. They were in very bad shape from the inside. Badly warped with old brake pad residue and deep grooves.

Thanks for all the help. I actually got better advice on this forum regarding the problem than I got on the automotive forum.

Glad you got it all fixed up man.

Feel free to shoot me a PM if you every have any questions or issues.
