Thanks so much @Mr.Moto for showing me around Ringwood this morning. We got in a solid 9-10 miles. Very impressed with all the new stuff built in Ringwood since the last time I rode there ages ago.

Yeah, good day today. If we had more time we could gone all the way to the top of white. But we still hit a lot of the newer stuff in ringwood.

Sneaking in a ride before the Fall, this week's ride is the Schilling ride at Allaire. Follow the thread for details. I'm not leading but as always will guarantee a fun no drop experience. Get there early, lot fills up quick.

Slowly getting back, you'll likely start seeing more rides here at Chimney Rock this Fall. 9am, gravel lot. About 10-15 miles. Should finish by noon. As always beginner friendly, no drop. Post up if I should look for you.

Hmm. I've ridden tubeless tires for over 20 years now. In all that time I've never gotten a flat from a root. Are people still using tubes?

Hmm. I've ridden tubeless tires for over 20 years now. In all that time I've never gotten a flat from a root. Are people still using tubes?

It was tubeless last time I rode the bike at LewMo, but got a flat from something and the sealant wouldn't seal it. Threw in a tube and had been fine except today. Yeah, all three were tube pinch flats. To be fair the ancient Sram Rise 60 rims are really narrow. Swapped in a DHF as that's all I got around the house and all good.
