bike wash in winter

Hook up a hose to the bottom of your water heater. It will help drain the junk at the bottom of it and give your ride a nice warm bath.

. I think I remember seeing Pearl and/or Lou using one.

Was @pearl. Using mine!

That's my nice clean bike after a sloppy muddy race....

so here it is a bit cheaper http://amzn.com/B00WWNJVHQ
i'd give it a go, but it doesn't have built in heat.

perhaps a HD 5 gal bucket and a $20 12v water pump with a lightweight hose.
use winter ww fluid when its really cold. if you wanted to be really fancy, put
a hose bib in the bucket. run it off car power.

Inverter, bucket, pump, and a preset submersible fish heater. Small ones are normally regulated to 75 degrees. Trick would probably be finding a pump with a low enough amp draw, but high enough pressure output.

I just use a pump sprayer with warm water.

I know we get away with 50w heaters and air pumps for transporting stuff. Haven't tried a water pump.

Go commercial scale. Pickup with a half zytec, heaters, and a low bulkhead so the water pressure removes the need for a pump.
