Started with the chump cars that were going into the auction room:














This little truck was slightly bigger than a golf cart

Then the super high end. Finally saw some real cobras. This one was Shelby's personal car - the others had estimates of over $1 mill, this one said "estimate available upon request"

Got to see a new GT500 (they were about 7 GT350s in the same area). Will def consider one when replacing the GT350

I would never put vinyl wrap on my car. And the roads down here in CNJ are clear; I was out yesterday. Come down out of the Ramapos.

I believe Barrett-Jackson now hosts one at the Mohegan Sun every year.

There was a large field with all the cars that went thru the auction. Not sure how long the bought ones stay. A bunch were "bid goes on" and they had a sticker with the high bid.

GM fans, I've been in this museum a few times (they had car shows there). Some pretty rare vettes, camaros and chevelles.

@rick81721 awesome pictures! I went to a barret Jackson auction in CT... but looks like this had a lot better cars... I saw that Cobra sold for 14 million... And goddam Dyno Don Nicholson 68 Cobra Jet super stock Mustang....

That has to be super unstable over 50mph, unless maybe the rear's tubbed with 2" between the tires. The car can't way but 1200lbs
