Car-spotting thread

Can’t help but notice you didn’t try to refute my description of the Nova.
Not enough personal AMC knowledge/ experience to know just how accurate their claim is. They got the car from a collection in Pa., climate controlled by the looks of things. Here’s another closer shot of the engine bay.

Well I figured since the Nova has a roll cage you were probably joking 🙂

looks WAY too perfect to me to have 27000 miles and 50 years, now that im looking at it on my computer, thats an aftermarket radiator

Stumbled across this mini car show in Roxbury they do this every Tuesday night it seems they had a DJ and a RV trailer they were working out of and selling hats and tshirts.

Photo dump below. 3 of my all time fav cars were there even if not in great colors.

69 Camaro Z28
69 Chevelle SS 454
79 Trans Am

The two cars that got the most attention and made the most noise were the crazy Blue Nova with the 496 and tubbed rear. And the gasser vette which I know I have seen and posted here before. When each of these cars pulled in you could feel the ground shaking.
I have a video of the Nova parking but can’t post it here. Will make a link.

Uhh, what about Somerville Fridays and Flemington Saturday's?
Yeah, but that's all, I go to Somerville at least once a month and a few times at Flemington. There's also a Thursday meetup in Bound brook and Sundays in Warren. Both are somewhat small and lower attendance each year and the same car varieties. I've been meaning to go to Roxbury and Boonton.

Bunch of cool stuff at the Land Rover 75th at Greek Peak resort last weekend.

Lots of Series rigs at the event and I liked that most of them looked like this instead of being restored

Tyler Congneton RRC restoration - better than when it came out of the factory when new

What smart Land Rover drivers would own.

FC101's

Lots of mods and surprisingly running Land Rover axles and engine.

Saw these 2 gems in the car/truck/equipment graveyard at the bottom of the hill. The 2nd one was had Juggernaut on the side with 6T on the front @Juggernaut any clues?

Despite the outstanding name 😉 I’m unsure. At a glance though, it looks like a log loader. Kinda brings me back to my Tricon Timber days in the late 90’s.

Rode with these 2 NAS 90's on Friday. The first one was driven from San Diego with a family of 3. I camped next to them at the base.

Interco Swamper equipped - mine is the blue 110. Hallie's is the green 90 that her husband built with lots of well done custom mods.

The San Diego folks had an eventful Saturday! They self recovered and drove it back to California!
