Switch between all, cycling, and then foot -
Hiking uses the CR Road crossing north of the ballfield more,
Cycling uses the crossing at Gilbride - although it is popular to pop out on CR road at the dam, and stay on that side (my interpretation)
I'd focus on the crossings north and south of the ballfield lot -
The guardrail could use a trail crossing sign,

From north to south
1. Middlebrook Trail crossing
2. Gilbride Crossing
3. Guardrail Crossing
Guardrail is the worst - bad sightlines, cars moving fast in both directions, usually over the fog lines cause they can't drive.
Totally unexpected place for a trail to come out behind a guardrail. Bikes on the west side shoulder moving to other side of the res.
Middlebrook Trail crossing - there is no sidewalk on the other side of the street until Loft Dr.
The trail Tees straight into CR road over some washout and could use some space. See first pic in

I typically ride the shoulder south and cross at Loft - There is a spot a little farther north where the trail could come in with less jump onto the road - and it would skip the washed out stuff.
Gilbride Crossing - Lots of vegetation. No sidewalk on Gilbride side. Prob used the most by MTB (??)
Poor site lines. fast moving cars around a turn that drive over the fog lines. Least used by foot traffic.
