Colonoscopy, how long after...

Just had my first one ever.

Just 1, 1-2mm polip. Came back clean 🧽

I felt like a million bucks after. Not just from the drugs.

Fasting is a powerful tool. I went back to intermittent fasting right away. I feel better and the weight comes off in a hurry.

Gonna try to run a 24 hr fast once a month moving forward.

I asked about drinking some high carb mix. But was told to not to.
Gatorade Propel liquid for the next 12 hours.

During my last one, i was running a little low on energy in the afernoon despite pounding cups of jello and broth so i ripped a quick gel pack for a little boost. It was liquid and it was clear so i figured it was gtg!

The overall experience wasn't bad.
I mean everyone poops.
But that god awful magnesium citrate at 4 in the morning. Holy crap! Damn near threw up.

That was 6 years ago and unfortunately it wasn't good. Surgery 6 yrs ago and radiation for the return 5 months ago. All seems good so far.
Thanks. At the young age of 71 lots of things go south. Yeah I'm up there. Just getting back into MTB.
