Are you sure that's a rogue trail? You get there close to the burms, go down a steepish trail, pass over one of two skinnies and then travel along the river all the way to the golf course (by the snack shack). There were a few bridges on the trail. Before last winter this trail was excellent, one of the best in the park. Last winter washed out a bunch of the good bridges. I went down there a couple of weeks ago and went all the way until the 'swamp' (the swamp used to be completely dry and didn't dry out all summer). Actually, we rode / walked through the 'swamp' and then the trail dried out nicely.
With all the nice trail work and bridges down there I don't think that could have been a rogue trail. And if it was, we, the biking community, should look at it again and see if we can do something with it because it is awesome down by the river.
