Blew the motor on my 2014 frontier earlier this year and had some left over stuff/parts that aren’t compatible with the new truck.

Wanna-be weather tech Amazon front Mats

Original front mats. (Bit dirty but will clean up)

Rear fold down seats for a king cab

Inner tie rod ends.

Nice Karma Points for you.
How many miles on the truck? Do you know why motor blew?

We drive Nissan and I find their motors are usually very reliable.

It was a base model 2014 Frontier 2.5L 2WD. It had 178k on it I bought it in 2015 with 16k. I would drive to Vermont every other weekend in winter so that truck holding 80mph all the way up prob did a number on it.

The non autopsy prognosis was, the rings on cyl 3 took a poop. Cyl 3 wouldn’t hold compression and there was fuel in the oil.

Didn’t notice any issue with the truck prior to the CEL came on. So series of events were; Changed plugs (did it last at 100k) then swapped the coils between cylinders still bad. Swapped injectors next. To no avail a friend is a manager at a dealership so he hooked me up with a mech and did a compression test, saw the bad readings, saw the fuel in the oil. Borescoped the cylinder didn’t see scoring or pitting or bad valve seating so that lead to the ring thought.

Wasn’t cost effective to really rip into since a new long block was ‘bout 3-6k and a rebuild was high in cost aswell. I miss that truck.

Picked up a 22 frontier longbed 4 door 6cyl 4wd. I like it but still miss the beater.

Still have the truck? Wonder if just slapping a new piston in without doing a full rebuild would hold for a while.

Did the mechanic note where the leakdown leakage went? Assuming into the block?

It was a thought if I had an additional car. Unfortunately I didn’t. After we popped the dipstick and saw the massive amount of fuel in the oil it was assumed buy us that the leakage was going straight into the crank case.

Where is 2 hours away? I will be up in Wanaque area one weekend soon and can bring them with.

Let me check my 2010 Xterra footwells. I may be able to use the black all weather mats. Will revert later today

Yep the black all weather ones should fit my X. Let me know when you’ll be in Wanaque and I can meet you there or somewhere convenient for you. 👍

They are different fyi. They’ll have to be cut at the dead foot since the frontier’s sticks out another 2-3”.

Not getting notifications for some reason.
By the watershed trails in PJ.
If that's the case, when I come up by the water shed ill reply back to this. I'm up there often, as I am originally from Montague, riding with friends in PJ.
