Try just hit the sync button in connect (assuming the 810 is connected) ?
I do that when i'm impatient, cause the watch will eventually sync if the app is open.

ive done all the things with mixed success but the reboot thing always gets it done.

New version of connect dropped today

Got an invite to beta test the new version a few weeks ago. Popped up when I was finishing a ride. It seems smoother and has been syncing consistently so I think I like it better.
