You can bring your own lunch and not eat stuff that looks(and probably tastes) the same on both ends. Stay away from anything with a picture of what it's supposed to look like on the packaging and you'd probably be fine. Someone a hell of a lot smarter than me told me just stay out of the aisles at the grocery store and just get stuff from the perimeter and you're almost guaranteed to be eating better.


Or just eat Tito's.
 
...or you could cook your own meals in batch once a week and refrigerate / freeze if you can use a microwave at work. Not ideal but it's cheaper and at least you know what you're eating. I used to do that with pasta which works pretty well to that end, as you can have a different condiment every time. Same for rice. Now I'm fasting 3 days a week (Mon, Wed, Fri) so these days lunch is mostly yesterday's left overs.
