Going Long and Hard.

And I guess this is what’s happening now. Not 1, but 3 Indoor Sessions today? Lame AF. But god damn is it convenient.

20-minute warm-up then some Route next to a lake at Tempo.

Spent a bit dicking around with Zwift before going back into Bkool. Started doing the Tourmalet but it’s too long so I did 140 laps on the track in Z2.

Interesting that my HR is basically the same for both because my HR doesn’t react to anything 😂

Sold my Epic. Had it up for a day and got full asking. Granted I had it up for $3,500 with XX1 AXS and Roval Control SL wheels and my Ignite setup so, it was a good buy. Stripped to rebuild it for the new owner. Going without an FS MTB until I can flip my Demo bike. I was going to buy a World Cup but there’s a bike that’s been begging for me to buy it since it came in so…stay tuned.

Was it an Evo or regular epic? I don’t see the 🧠

Was this a small?

I was going to buy a World Cup

I’ve heard a lot of negative or not so positive reviews on that bike. The rear shock seems to be really difficult to dial in. I’m sure they’re going to revise it. Having most of the factory team racing uci World Cups on Evos was a bad look and I’m sure their marketing was pissed.
Especially when the Trek team was not having this. (Except for when Jolanda Neff raced a top fuel but that was only one race I think, and she didn’t do great).

I think 120 front and 100/120 in the rear will be the standard XC setup for the time being. Until someone makes a really light and efficient 130/120 bike.
