Speaking of lettuce, this is what I eat almost everyday. Salad with grilled canned chicken. Fast and easy. You need this for lunch! 😀2 super hard sessions today to test the system. I'm definitely not firing on all cyclinders but was able to keep a 19+ MPH average on the ride home at a relatively low 138BPM. Given the 2 weeks off I would expect my HR to be higher due to lack of fitness.
Seem to be generally OK despite being only 3 weeks into what was supposed to be 6 weeks off the bike 🙂
The only time I feel my rib at this point is when I'm sleeping as it still hurts to put pressure against it. Breathing hard no longer hurts at all.
Sunday should be a fun time. We should all go out Saturday night for lettuce and water.

Why not open it up to all bikes?I haven't really decided what to do with this race. I really want it to be in snow but that's not an easy prediction to make.
