Going Long and Hard.

I actually go over my Protein almost every day. It's surprising easy to do.

i'll get you an avocado next time and blow your fat intake then.
dropping off smoked tempeh just isn't as fun.
 
The potato chips were what blew my day yesterday. Although I was under my calorie intake by 1,200. The apples were awesome, they're all gone.
 
Do you have a nutrition app that you like, or do you just use the one you hate the least?

I use MyFitnessPal and Garmin Connect. It works for me. You plug your weight and exercise into Garmin and it pushes that info into MFP. It'll add the calories from your workouts each day to whatever you set in MFP. The days I ride with a Power Meter, those numbers are legit. The days without I cut in half because they're totally made up and very generous. On long days and the day after I log nothing.

I don't really try to hit anything, but looking at it everyday automatically forces you to choose a little better here and there.
 
2 super hard sessions today to test the system. I'm definitely not firing on all cyclinders but was able to keep a 19+ MPH average on the ride home at a relatively low 138BPM. Given the 2 weeks off I would expect my HR to be higher due to lack of fitness.

Seem to be generally OK despite being only 3 weeks into what was supposed to be 6 weeks off the bike 🙂

The only time I feel my rib at this point is when I'm sleeping as it still hurts to put pressure against it. Breathing hard no longer hurts at all.

Sunday should be a fun time. We should all go out Saturday night for lettuce and water.

Speaking of lettuce, this is what I eat almost everyday. Salad with grilled canned chicken. Fast and easy. You need this for lunch! 😀

We have a freezer filled with Crustables, the boys take them to school. I eat them a lot during the summer when it's too busy to get lunch. Those PB balls are gross. They put them in white bread and they're too bready.
