Please mark down trees on a map. I can then relay this info to park rangers. There's still a big tree down in rockypoint. going clockwise it's on the climb to the lookout trail.
Is this the location in red?

It's big, made of wood, and in the way. Hopefully they see it!Closer to blue circle, but this is the general area.
I think they got the one on Rocky Point today. I'll have to let them know about Huber.@pooriggy 2 trees down, one in huber and one on rocky point.
Otherwise, trails are running great. just a few greasy spots.

No, we have lots of melting snow.Anyone happen to know if hartshorne is rideable? Did snow fall here?
I hiked there around 2pm today. North facing shadow areas that don't get much traffic still had a few inches of snow. Others that were in the sun were down to pretty greasy mud. Might be sort of ridable first thing but forecast shows sun and mid to high 30's so I'm guessing snow melt will be pretty heavy as the day goes on.Anyone ride Hartshorne today?
The freeze/thaw cycle is real in this park, particularly on the Rocky Point loop.Others that were in the sun were down to pretty greasy mud.
