I kind of laughed when I saw the title of this thread, but you know, Hellertown is actually a pretty cool place. Some great road riding up that way - long, low traffic roads with lots of rolling hills and some really pretty scenery. And one of my all-time favorite humans beings (the admin of the Math Dept at Lehigh when I was there) lived in a really cool A-frame house up in the woods beyond the actual town. And I think there's a pretty solid brewery in town, too. So ... yeah, not a bad thing to wish for.
Oddly that part of PA is a weird cycling mecca. They're doing some great stuff out there.
You know what else Hellertown was weirdly a mecca for? Rollerblading. There was a guy who used to be one of the best vert ramp guys in the world during the X-Games heyday who came from Hellertown and that led to a ton of people getting into it there. Some of the kids were really good, too. Just batshit crazy with the stuff they'd do around town.
