Hi guys and gals,
I'll be posting here a bit so I thought I'd say hi. I've got two mtbs: a 2011 Stumpy 29er Alloy Comp set up for bikepacking and commuting (areo bars, frame bag, etc). I've been doing mostly self-made adventures with that rig. Overnighters to Stokes, etc. Next year I'm planning on TransWisconsin (about 650 miles) and in 2014 hopefully Tour Divide.
My other ride is new as of Wednesday and is a 2012 Cannondale 29er alloy Scalpel 3. Holy moly, that is one sweet ride. Just hit most of the single track at Stokes today on that and it totally rocked. That bike is for Xterras and enduro racing and singletrack fix.
I sold my TT bike for the Scalpel and am officially off the roads now except when commuting. Don't miss all the cars and pollution one little bit . . .
