Hey guys

I moved to NYC and I haven't rode my mountain bike since I left Jersey some 2.5 years ago🙁

It just sits in a bedroom, looking sad. A friend wants to hit a local park here called Cunningham park

Is 6 mile still open? Thinking about coming up there and showing him how we do single track\

Take your buddy up on Cunningham too if its local. Its small, but relatively level and might be a good place to build up some conditioning. Maybe you'll only do 1 lap at first, but you can build up as time goes on. There is a dirt-jump area, but it can be circumvented if you don't want to do that.
 
Definitely cheer up the MTB, not sure where you live, have you checked the nycmtb.com site? There are 3 parks they manage, Cunningham and a park in Harlem and another in Staten Island. I think Cunningham is the largest but if you can ride to Harlem even better
