Hello There!

Hello, been lurking around the site for a while however never got around to saying hello.

I'm in New Hope, eastern PA get on the bike about once per week now. 3 small kids and work keep me busy!

I'm a regular roadie who dabbled in cx a bit a year ago, ride mtb 'bout once/twice month.

Been riding on and off for years.

I live vicariously through those on the nutrition and training site that make a lot of time for riding!

right out my door i can hit many of the local roads along the delaware river valley in NJ, PA or both.

High Rocks is a 45 min. ride north where i can ride up, do a good loop and ride home in 2 1/2 hours

No complaints!
