New rider here from Trenton just getting into mountain biking. Haven't really done much in terms of riding before except beating around town on a bmx fatbike.

Are there any group rides or something where maybe I could pick up some tips? I can try to learn on the fly but I'm sure it'll be a lot more fun with more people.

Beginner ride is tonight at Hospital Road lot. Look for big big white object! That's where the fun starts. Or look for Franks van, that's big and white a too!😎
And welcome too the fun..
 
Sounds like it woulda been fun but unfortunately my days off are Sunday and Monday as of now. Maybe I'll catch one later on in the year.
