Looking for a decent light like the magic shine. Seems the geoman discontinued these for now. Not looking to spend too much
 
You can still order them from DealExtreme Hong Kong web site, but it doesn't come with the sealed battery like Geoman. Also, it might take like a month for it to get shipped, although they do provide free shipping.

eBay has some also, but same deal with the battery and Hong Kong shipping, but usually shipping is faster like 2 weeks.

For the record, I've ordered dozens of items from DealExtreme.com and never had any problems with delivery from Hong Kong. Like Soundz says, it does take a few weeks to ship and you have to sign for the package when it arrives in US Mail.
 
i know its not "cool" to some to use flashlights, but i have been using a couple DX flashlights that work awesome. one would be plenty for just use on the helmet. the set up for one, with a spare battery costs just under $50. i have one on the bars and one on the helmet and i got the set up for under $80.

get sku 22567 if you are only getting one for the helmet. its light enough where you don't have to keep the helmet stupid tight. i have never had to use a spare battery on any of my rides yet and go out for a couple hours usually at the least. i use mid mode 90% of the time and its plenty.

$76 for everything. $48 for the one light with only one spare battery, but that should be all you need honestly. the bar light i keep on low as a flood. i have read that shipping has been slow lately. QC isn't the best so i hear, but i have had zero issues.
 
I sent geomangear an email about their lights and this is what they replied with:

"Our batteries that we have been distributing are just not up to our high quality standards. We are working with the manufacturer to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. We want only the best quality for you and we will make sure you are taken care of. We will notify you as soon as these batteries become available. We hope to resume shipping complete lightsets at the end of the month with a completely different battery pack."
