I am 99% sure I have a pair in my storage unit. The problem right now is that I still can't drive after fracturing my patella. If you don't find one I'll check once I can bend my leg again.

That stem reminds me how sketchy the bikes we used to ride in the woods were. Of course I never broke a bone on those and managed to break 2 in the past year.
