Attn: Directions to New Volunteer Training Session

NOTE!! This is not where we normally hold the sessions. The session will be held at the Thompson Park Training Center. The training center is not in the main park area. Here are the directions:

To Thompson Park Training Center:

Garden State Parkway to exit 109. (Southbound, turn right onto Rte. 520 W. or Newman Springs Rd.)(Northbound, turn left onto Rte. 520 W) Travel to Longbridge Rd. (pass Brookdale CC & Thompson Park main entrance). Turn left on Longbridge and go 1 mile to Longbridge Annex, turn left. Follow "Park System Volunteers" signs.

State Highway 34 to Rte. 520 E. (Southbound, turn left)(Northbound, turn right). Follow Rte. 520 E to Longbridge Rd and turn right. Continue to Thompson Annex. Follow "Park System Volunteers" signs.

Remember, you must complete this training before you can volunteer to work on any Monmouth County Park System trail.
