Motorcycle on a trailer

Nice work Pat. Needs some fenders!

At the shop getting welded up - tried to talk her into media blasting them for me too.
we'll see.

Decided to add stake pockets, and will store the ramps on edge along the side.
I'm considering an edge hook for the back - nothing like a ramp coming off to ruin your day.

Edge hook would be a nice add.

Stake pockets are good, for tie off points, but then you gotta build sides. More PT lumber.

Does anyone ever do a little insert for the front tire in the deck? Like basically have the front tire mount recessed a few inches below the regular deck height?

I would think it would be nice as when you roll it up there the front tire would drop in and it would be a little more secure and *slightly* lower the weight/height.

I saw one on amazon - it even has a door, that when opened is a stop/chock.

wood they not fly away?

I hope knot.
They are held down with self-tapping hex bolts. recessed of course!

i have wood ramps - so they'll do as short sides.
I could build a huge box and collect wood chips!
