Rode it Saturday and it was good to go , was there any rain on Sunday ? It drains very well plus it's constantly being worked on by a loyal crew . Always trying to take care of problem areas before they explode .

Judging by the parking lot and the first 100 feet of trail, it's still super muddy out. Probably will be even worse if we get this early AM rain.

Wasn't bad yesterday before it warmed up. Bottom of springside was the only area that was slimy. Flant land had crunchy frost, as did some other sections. This was around noon, maybe a touch earlier. Seemed to be only a degree or two away from thawing and surely would be getting slick in other areas once it did.

Tons of frost heave. Really sucked, I've never ridden anything like that. Your tires would wash out, it was like riding in a really soft foam.

Once it warms up, it's going to be really muddy. I'd go somewhere else.
