For real, if it'll shut them the fuck up, I'm down with it. Cycling is already a pretty heavy pay to play sport, especially on the road.

They'll keep complaining. You're still a 10 second inconvenience with or without insurance.
The trail widenings are part of the plan to add flock cameras to trails then the autonomous thermal drones will come then the park pass fee for all nj parks. Corral them and track them under their own volition because they want to stay off the road.

lol, and they call me a troll….. dude, Ringwood is loaded with full on illegal dirt bikes and quads and the handful of rangers can’t do a dam thing about it. Total troll post…

To be more precise the State does not allow them to do anything about quads and dirt bikes (same goes for the regular police on the roads), regardless what little effect they could have given their small number. But maybe the State will unleash them to chase the nefarious e-bike riders...
