Hello guys and gals, my name is Rob and I'm renewed rider. I am 38, an operating room nurse and excited to start riding. I have ridden my Jamis Durango around Pal park and Fort lee but now i want to hit the trails starting with 6 Mile tomorrow god willing. Any advice would be great.. thanks and nice meeting you all. 🙂
 
Welcome to the board. Did you try places closer to you? Ringwood, Jungle and Wawayanda?
 
thanks for the welcome..i went to six mile run today and started off on the red trail and i wasnt ready for it...once i got close to the orange trail it got better but i need more work before i think i can go on the whole red trail 🙁
