So who's job is it to update the other one and ensure data accuracy between the two? Not it.... I do stuff like this at work and not volunteering. Might have been better to use Joy's weekly rides thread.

Nah... but seriously, we should take turns and use the honor system because its unfair to have this responsibility on 1 person.
Same thing with Joy's thread.... it could come down to whose responsibility is it to inform her. Anyways... we all know more the merrier and hopefully everyone will chip in.

RW is usually a 3+ hour ride so it is better to get started early or I would go with 9. keep us posted I am sure we can wait a little if you are running late.
