Np, I go mostly side roads, but I only work a few miles from Trump national, so kinda used to it

I prefer 9am start as it replicates my race time starts. I don't mind the heat,pain is just weakness leaving the body embrace it, sweat a little.

I hit Dickerson Mine for the first time today. Less climbing than LewMo, just don't end up by the beach.
Stay on White for low tech, try blue and yellow for some rocky challenges. Great park for 90 mins of riding. If you want more, you'll need to do multiple loops.
Park at the Frank St. lot, it was the perfect location to get to places quickly

I can ride my bike or keep my wife happy, this is me striking the balance and having both!
