OOS MOGA

Funny review from Singletracks on Sourlands
I got the worse of the injuries today and really need to find knee pads, no death card need be used today...

Review: This trail is fun, but be careful and I recommend wearing armor. Not so much rock-gardens, but big rocks placed strategically to Kill mountain bikers. It's fun, but Very challenging. Give it a try.

Thank you so much @rick81721 and @THATmanMANNY for the tour, the patience, the tips and for rooting us first-timers on those features! And great meeting you guys and @BPaze as well. And always a fun ride with our regular dudes @C8N, @qclabrat (safe travels and have an awesome vacation!), @Mtbdog, @ridgehog and @jklett. Awesome, tough ride with some great dudes today. Hope to be back here again! Below are the two videos I took.

Thanks @rick81721 for leading and @THATmanMANNY showing us how to land those 4 feet drops. Much fun was had by all, will be back soon. See you folks in 4 weeks

It was cool to run into you guys today. Too bad you all had to cut it short. We did 9 miles on our loop, the return loop is the best part, all down hill! We have not attempeted the new trail up top, whats that named?

Your welcome and our pleasure!

Come back and every time you ride this place is a new experience.

Ok guys... we got Sourlands under our belts but there are more parks to ride. Next week is Mahlon Dickerson. I thought @arangov3 rides this place? Max... can you lead? If not, will go ISO for a guide.

Unfortunately, I can only ride on Sunday so if the ride happens on Sat, it's cool and I will see you guys the week after.

Are you talking about Chunky Monkey? We didn't even think to try it after Manny said it was stupid hard. It was also great seeing you again. I actually didnt enjoy the White square back down. One was way too many hikers and also the lines were too wild for me to enjoy it. Would definitely do the retrace next time.

There are other trails down. The pipeline is great in the winter when all the growth has died back. Plenty of good sightlines.

Another tough, but doable rock garden and some boardwalks. Then a flowish trail back to that 4 way intersection.

I know some people that can lead if they are available. Going to rain all week so will need to ride somewhere that drains well

You suck!
Are you riding Kingdom? If not... you really suck! 😛

Glad to see you guys not only survived, but slayed it ! Wanted to go, but family wanted to hit the West Milford Pump track instead. Mahlon is a fun park, so if it's dry enough to ride, good chance I'll tag along.
It wasn't bad. If you can handle HM or RW, you will definitely enjoy it.
We will be back. Join us then
