OOS MOGA

Your best bet would be stand alone structures with footings going down to frost and build ontop of that with no worry about anything else, land scaping and dirt would be for looks
Not happening as stated earlier. I had to hire 3 Guatamalans to dig my fence posts which took a whole weekend. All rocks, zero dirt

Not possible, I'll take pictures next time.
Basically back yard was a slight incline when we moved in. Had an excavator push back the mostly rocks back 200ft for a level yard, making a 10ft horseshoe berm. Trucked in $10k (that was painful) of topsoil and now can practice golf in the yard.
CX practice great idea!

I tried to run just now, between the smell of smoke from a mulch fire and the plethora of skunks I had to cut it short at 1 mile. I'll try again tomorrow. FYI, it's dark on the towpath.

All I have heard is wine cellar, listening room, bathroom with chandelier, my own trail system built by someone else and I am moving into @qclabrat pretty sure he won’t even know I am there
I'm not that guy, have you seen my car? Pretty sure I drive the biggest POS. Everyone post up your cars to prove my point. Me = 2003 Honda Pilot 190k with a hole in the exhaust

You guys forgot to ask if there is a home theater, library, drawing room(what the heck is a drawing room), sitting room, parlor, conservatory, a grand foyer, cloak room, gallery, grand hall and a billiard room
Sitting rooms are the bomb, everyone should have one.

That just makes you an intelligenot and practical man doesn’t mean you don’t have a nice home. BTW I only drive a 2012 Impreza with 116k miles and quickly counting. Dreaming of my next car once I hit betwee170-190k in a couple years, thinking TRD Tacoma or Z71 Colorado

I'm jealous, wish I had the possibility of building something like that in my backyard. Not that I'd ever get around to actually doing it, but it's nice to dream.
It's only possible because MrsQ never goes back there. The development was previously the back of an old farm which dumped garage everywhere and there is some interesting junk everywhere so she doesn't like to go there. There's an old farm pickup back there that I'm going to try to move and make it part of the playground

1996 Ford explorer with 225k that's close to rusting straight through, what did I win?
Here is a photo of Sam Walton’s Ford pickup truck so you are in good company
