For $21, replace the scratched bar.

With a bar that's not $21 preferably, because scratch or not, you're going to die. Handlebars are NOT an area to be cheap.

If it's clearcoated maybe try polishing it and see if it goes away.

Damn, if it is 26" you better replace, the way a 26" vibrates in rocks is detrimental to weak carbon. Replace bar or upgrade to 29 or 650b, 27.5 has not been tested yet.

Already done. Went right back to my trusty old EA70's. I wasn't even going to chance a ride on the cheapo scratched/cracked carbon bar.
