I will say this on the tax returns. Most politicians don’t have a tax return as complicated/robust as Trumps. The release of his return would be nothing more of a smear campaign noting he is uber wealthy when you look at the figures or they will look at losses on the return when not factoring things like depreciation or amortization add backs in and say he cannot operate a business at a profit.

Further he will have ownership of assets with other parties that most likely don’t want to be in the spotlight for legitimate reasons - but his opponents and the press will push on this for leverage/dirt. Judging by our media they will make a mountain out of a molehill and the masses will buy it.

As for taxes - politicians make deals all the time for tax abatements in trade for job creation/land development where they pull taxes from employees/sales/other development etc. My guess would be a small percentage of people can grasp the full process.

The guy has been audited left and right - if he committed a crime he would be in jail - God knows the left is trying. The thing with his personal financial statements was such Bs - nearly all my customers would be in jail if this was prosecuted across the masses - so would most of you (and myself).

It takes me a year or two to get an analyst to be able to read a return like what I imagine Trumps look like. The media is going to Bank on the average person having no idea what they are looking at and beat him up.

If you want to audit Trump - audit all of these clowns. Tell me how half these politicians go from nothing financially to multi-millionaires on a civil service salary.

I am not a fan of either candidate - but it is really obvious a different rule book is applied to Trump.

If I could vote anything, I would vote the media out. Tabloid behavior took over real reporting - and the American public bought it hook line and sinker.

Really? Please explain? Not doubting, but pissing off Russia with this move seems not in our best interest economically as now we have China, Brazil, Russia, India and a couple others joining forces to try over economic control.

I completely agree. Trump is absolute scum but we've learned that they'll go nuclear on him in the legal system which has never happened before and sets a horrible precedent.

Best example is everyone screaming about the 34 felonies which at the end of the day was how the accounting records were done based on his lawyer's advise.

It's like how people are proud that we put Al Capone in prison for tax evasion. If he was actually a criminal, get him on those crimes, don't be proud you put him in a cage because he didn't pay his taxes.

simply because the Ukraine is surrounded by our nato allies....Poland, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, estonia, etc....If the Ukraine ever fell and was taken over by Russia....the military build up on the boarders will blow your mind....and we will 1000% be involved in that. What we are giving the Ukraine now is nothing compared to what would happen if Russia was right on the boarder with Poland.

Orrrrr, he actually has something to hide. There are lots of things that might not be illegal, but are still serious conflicts of interest for a president. Or it may simply show things that contradict his so called "platform". Like he doesn't put his money where his mouth is. For example, it recently came out that his media company outsources some coding work to Mexico.

We can't abandon Ukraine (like we did Afghanistan), nor will any president ever. However, we will always be fighting a proxy war with Russia, lets hope it never goes direct.

I have read quite a bit about tRUMP's business and taxes. Haberman's book "Confidence Man" is good for context. "Lucky Loser" might be good, but I haven't read it. The WSJ and NYT coverage has been excellent.

He's pretty much lying pond scum.

Right, and what does that make Kamala then? The poster child for truthfulness? I look at it analytically. Both were part of governing administrations. Which one did the better job?

Not sure who wins in that battle, not like we hold any of these people in high moral regard. I guess it could be the battle of sexual harassment, but he isnt on the ballot. At least he didn’t disrupt the ability to choose what woman can decide about their own bodies.

I hope my girls have the will to think for themselves and not what the men in there life tell them to do.

What I fear is that if orange monkey will get in power Russia will take Ukraine, China will take Taiwan and then.. I don't even what to think what next. Poland is spending almost 5% of GDP on defense. They know what's coming if no one stops Putin. Only NATO can stop him.
