I would absolutely make the argument for WTB being competitive with Maxxis.
Compared to other less influential changes to bikes, I'm way more willing to give a new tired/tread pattern a shot. I probably went through 15 combos in my first few years of MTB before I figured out what I liked. I'm definitely eying those Schwalbe tires up for me eeeb.

On my short travel bike 130mm DVO fork, I use more of the travel (120ish DVO, 95ish Fox)than I can going faster with my Fox 36 Grip damper on the same trails.
I have run the Fox with lower PSI and it’s like a wet noodle. It’s been serviced yearly.
I honestly don’t get it.
So I figured what the heck!

I have the Schwalbe G-One RS on the flat bar gravel bike; they're fast as hell and pretty durable so far.

I’m looking for a bit more tread in a sorta little tire. I have S-Works Pathfinders, which work great but are too wide for the Roubaix. Kinda hoping they would drop an S-Works 38c.
