I was out there tonight. Lower trails are still soft so I went up the pipeline. Upper trails are decent.

Still a few thick mud spots on ridge trail - top and bottom. In a day or two will be perfect

you'll be ok. probably a little wet down below in spots. once you hit the mid-way point going up the mountain you should be OK.

Nothing like getting chased down Boulderama in the sudden darkness of a looming thunderstorm to get your heart pumping. Got back to the car just in time for the skies to open up. It POURED for about a half hour. Better bring your mud boots to the TM night tomorrow. It's a shame, conditions were perfect before the deluge.

Went for a run this morning and surprisingly not that muddy - just a few spots in the usual places. Must have been really dry - should be fine in a day or two.

PS assessment assuming no more rain but it's raining again here

I would hold off a few days - it rained FOUR times yesterday, very hard, after I was there...

It should be really dry right now. Depends on how much rain we get tonight but should be fine tomorrow - drains fast when it's this dry
