Stephens State Park Conditions

Is this section similar to North? I did North yesterday morning, had to hike more than I would like....
It's like 2 different parks
North is raw with mostly primitive trails where stephens is mostly flow with most the climbing switched.

Rode Stephens on Saturday morning. Overall good conditions, seemed like every tree had dumped its leaves, made things a little slippery (and hid those rocks!). We figured out connection from Maze to Hally To/Tally Ho. Getting closer to figuring out connection on top of the ridge from the Tally Ho side to the Trestle Trail side. Maybe the better route is starting out on Trestle trail, then connecting on top to Tally Ho, then down to Maze?

but that would skip skeezit . . . .

Did 3 1/2 hours here Sunday, almost all in the rain. Yep, leaves down added to slick trails made for an interesting day. I’m shocked I didn’t go down, even once. I mostly had the place to myself except a crew of six fellas speaking Spanish and a very large bearded man rolling opposite of me close to the incline on my way back to continental lot.
55° and raining are my favorite riding conditions…yesterday was 62° but I’ll take it

You live in the "Township of Union", not the same. 😉

Worse is there are 6 Washington's in NJ.

post office lists them using the same 'phrasing'

also when you type union township nj into google maps it brings up the correct spot . . . . . (my hood) I cannot find a way to bring up anything in hunterdon cty . . . .
