Avoid intentionally putting themselves in harm's way... I mean I know I have never in my life had a cop pull me off and walk in front of my car. The situation was totally avoidable.

Really, the debating the finer points of what he did bothers me WAY WAY less than the fact that our couch fucking vice president has claimed ICE has "absolute immunity" and there is not going to be so much as in investigation.....and this is not an isolated incident. 11 people have been shot by ICE in cars in the past year. One fell on the ice the other day and discharged his weapon (WTF!!!) Are you a dog lover like I am?? 15 cases in CA, where ice has arrested people and left their dogs behind, 19 cases in Florida and last week they took someone out of a car in MN and left the car behind with a dog in it. These people are not the Delta Force...Their training has been truncated in order to get them out on the street faster....and yet this administration is handing them absolute immunity? WTAF?

JFC, the SA were the ones wearing the uniforms...not the ones in the frog costumes.

The worst part of this whole thing is that it's all been caused by trump (or the people behind him pulling his strings) as political retribution. Targeting blue states, or any entity that went or goes against him, taking any action legally or, more often, illegaly, as much he does or decrees gets struck down in court. Then factor in his massive ego and being jealous of everyone else (Obama). That and pure, overt racism that he makes no attempt to hide. When this whole Homan enterprise started I said someone is going to get killed.

This is why it was such a big deal when they were going after Trump. Fabricating the Russia Collusion, going after him in state courts for the accounting methods he paid off his prostitute or his loans when the counter party banks didn't have issues with it. He turned around and is doing the same and turned up the dial to 11.

First term he didn't have political retribution. Now he's charging the Fed leader, ex-FBI leader, etc etc.

Same with all the additional powers granted to the President by Congress. No foresight into who can yield that power later and what they do with it.

I was thinking maybe The Night of Long Knives is next. Trump doesn't drink alcohol so I'm figuring no Beer Hall Putsch. The SD was responsible for internal affairs of the state under the general umbrella of the SS organization. So ICE is definitely SD not SS 100%.
Best part about the whole Minnesota deal is last year's vice presidential candidate is out of politics now,I don't hear anyone mentioning anything about that calamity. lol

This is the exact scenario that is playing out with innocent people on both sides are dying for something they don't/can't/won't understand or have any influence on the outcome.

Was wondering where you were. Good to hear from you hope all is well. Tom I personally couldn't care less. You will never find me anywhere close any of these protests. Already lived through one riot in my lifetime never want to experience another. @Santapez hit the nail on the head. Nothing is going to get done for the next 3 years except more of this endless game of accusations.

I'm a centrist. I'm a second generation descendent of legal immigrants on both sides.
Proudly represented America in ww2 to get their citizenship.
I know plenty of people here illegally that add to our society.
maybe even a couple of those alternative lifestyle peeps (am I dating myself with that term?)

That said, I am pro cop. I've had a gun pointed at me. i've had the holster unlocked to intimidate me.
what i've learned? turn off the car, put your hands on top of the steering wheel and use the term Officer/Trooper/Sir.

If the officer thought the driver was a threat to him or other officers, there is the possibility he does what he does.
So this is what i'm talking about - the probability of an outcome.
stand outside in a field in a thunderstorm, and you raise your chances of getting hit - gotta say, you could do it 1,000 times and not get hit.
there is nobody walking down that street - I don't walk down that street.
that is the way it works.

as long as the peaceful transfer of power happens 3 years from now....

I mean its wall to wall news, over 1000 people arrested....Funny thing, the federal prosecutors working on this case all resigned yesterday in protest to the Trumpkins attempt to force them to charge Renee Nicole Good's wife with something, anything. Once again, complete fucking clown show.

Well, they are sending in an additional 1000 Ice agents so that will calm things down.
