My attempt at videoing. Quality seems crappy, even though on Youtube it looks good.
Also I tried to put a shortened version on Strava, it says I can do that now. I kept it under 30 seconds as they request,
and made the quality 500 something instead of the 1080 it is at, and it still doesn't work on Strava. Any ideas why?
I load in it just like a photo and it even appears in my edit, but when I hit the save button it doesn't show in my posting.
Any ideas why? Strava doesn't mention format or settings other than "less than 30 seconds" It's an mp4 file

My friend loaded a couple of short videos to Strava and they work fine. I don't think he did anything special like reducing quality. Just added them under Add Media. I haven't tried it yet. Maybe the usual Strava finickiness? Make sure you hit update activity button at the bottom of screen. It may take a while for a video to load after that.

There is no "update activity" doing this on a computer, there is merely a "save" button when you're done making changes

My friend definitely used the app to do it. I know there are some differences with the web based system and the app. Maybe try doing it on the phone app?

What did you use to make the video? The video format may be incompatible with what Strava is expecting.
