These two have great trails and views. If you can only do half of the ride, do the western half. They both start in the dirt parking lot for climbers and hikers on 44 called the West Trapps Trailhead parking.

Eventually I'll feel strong enough to venture away from the familiar and not too technical...

The lot was busy, but I was surprised to find easy parking.

Pixie still wants treats. Still not getting any from us.

Tried wearing a backpack for the first time. Didn't feel as bad as I thought it would, but my shoulder was definitely feeling sore and aching by the end of the ride.
