The 2011 MTBNJ Fundraiser

i've been donating forever. since like day 2.

this site is great and really the best resource for cycling related information in the state of new jersey. if not for the owners, i really don't know what i would do with all my free time during the work day. The wiki page with detailed trail information along with the ability to converse with other people about equipment and where to ride on the weekends is invaluable. Not to mention i know what clif bars to eat and what winter shoes to wear.

I updated the first page, adding the Tuesday prizes:

Tuesday Prizes

$10 donation gets you a big & small sticker (when they're ready)
$20 donation gets you a MTBNJ bottle opener (while supplies last)
$50 donation and I'll try to arrange a ride with your favorite Team MTBNJ personality
Highest bidder gets a tray of Steve's pulled pork (BBQ or Cuban style) and a 6 pack of choice

I'll keep the $10-50 ones the same. The original $100 level is off the table and has been replaced with an offer from Steve, as listed above.



We've done really well, and I'd like to keep this going. Hopefully this enables us to print up more shirts (new design) without going OOP, which we've never done. I may even look into beer mugs if this continues going so well. I'll look into that more today.

Currently the top prize is already at $100. You'll need to donate $101 to grab the lead for the pulled pork and beer.

Done...but I do not like pulled pork. I do like beer however. Can I get something else?
 
I have good cooking chops. If noone out bids you, give me an idea of what you like and I will do my best to compy.
 
Wow, awesome! We're about at half of yesterday's total so far today. I know day 1 would be the biggest but day 2 has also been solid as well.

I'm looking into more fun stuff to try and give people for tomorrow. Rob really wants to offer a pancake breakfast so if you like pancakes, and Rob, maybe save up for that!

Im in. Dont worry about any party favors for me, I gots em all already. Oh, and I usually see most of the team in the cold weather riding months anyway so don't worry about that either, handsome!😀

Absolutely, yesterday's $100-for-Norm's-cheap-date still stands. Even the RonC action.

Location TBD however.

Tomorrow we may have a pancake brunch at stake for the right price.

Thursday still thinking.

Friday could be the big (absurd) one though.
