Took a day off the bike yesterday did some Bodyweight/core stuff in the morning before work to keep mixing it up.
Needed a harder workout today all this indoor riding makes me feel like I’m losing fitness not improving. Did the climb portal Crow Road twice.
First time up gave it about 90% of FTP effort 2nd time up I backed off a little and then put in a hard dig at the end. Happy with the results and Zwift told me it was my best power output for an hour so it must be true 😜
Had a friend of mine offer me his snowshoes he’s not using for free just as I was thinking maybe I would try that out and get a pair for the first time. Something else to do for exercise during this shitty weather.
