When I did it. You stopped and changed bikes. Must be different now..

It’s definitely an MTB course when you get to it. There’s big berms and wooden features and stuff.

We;ve gotten to the point where people want to ride gravel even inside? What's this world coming to?

I did a gravel loop of Acadia on Rouvy the other day. I have to admit it was pretty good. The sun was shining and people were walking and riding in shorts. Coulda used some crunchy sound effects and some pine tree scented air freshener, though.

Honestly. I don't really like any type of indoor cycling but desperate times call for desperate measures. I thought I had bikes for all conditions but this winter proved me wrong. Looks like we'll get some significant melting in the coming days but mud season...

I pulled something on the back of my right knee. March 29 Is my last training day before MKF. Not sure I'm continuing after that
