Things that make you go Wow 😲

The point is it isn't the weapon, it is the person.
How did we miss helping them along the way?
Respectfully, you can not be more wrong. The guns make the sick people more effective killers. If your goal is to kill more kids in school, let’s keep making it easy for sick people to get guns. Remove the guns, sick people are forced to use less effective means to project their sickness onto others. The math is so simple it just make me say “ wow”.

Or wait till dark and spray the shit outta it with wasp and hornet killer.
100% did that last night at 8PM.

checked it briefly this morning at 830am doesnt look like anything is flying in and out. will observe during today and probably hit it with another can tonight just to be sure before knocking it down in a few days.

Suddenly the AR expert is advocating for no AR's? Wow. Joking aside, you are typical in that we should just pass laws to protect us from ourselves, that's the solution, right? Instead of addressing the core issue of what is making people so "sick"? Where were these sick people 40-50 years ago when you could by an AR in Sears or K-Mart?

I’m inclined to agree with this 100%. We as a country are struggling with mental health issues, it’s like everyone is on some sort of medication. Pay attention to the commercials for the drugs they advertise and listen to the possible side effects….it’s frightening. This country does nothing to protect us from bad drugs and even less for bad food. Feeling blue?? Throw some more sugar at it, stop by a Dunkin Donuts and get a 2 gallon cappuccino with half a pound of sugar. Have a problem with kids shooting up schools?? I do too. But I’d like to know the gun safety standards in the home, and how often they throw Red Bulls at their kids. As a society, we always knee jerk react to issues rather that addressing the root cause.

Is there mental illness in Europe?

AFAF

If I was a pro I'd 100% hire someone to do this for me.

Imagine you're a pro marathon runner and you hire some general person who is on a couch-to-marathon plan to upload their runs to your account. Or if Nino had his public profile just as some regular uploading their normal rides in his town?

Otherwise this makes no sense to me, it's like when people hire other people to run a marathon for them.

I can whole-heartedly say yes. I used to live there, still have family there. They have problems like alcoholism, addiction also, just like we do. Big difference between them and us (especially in Eastern Europe) is they don't blame everyone else for their problems. They seem to take a little more personal accountability. This notion of entitlement and unfairness is not as pervasive within the general population.

Let me know if anyone wants me to jockey for them.

I just clued my son in on this, and he would like to report that he is available for any runners that would like to log a faster mile or 5k times, or have some local KOM's that they would like to own. He'll charge by the mile, and also by how deep you want to go into the 6,5, or 4min/mile pace.

OK, there is mental illness in Europe. Let's pretend that i didn't know that. Is the combined murder and suicide rate there higher or lower than the US?

Oh geez, you trot out some lame socialist article from 2018 that tries to blame all the worlds woes on social inequality. Wow! The article is shit. Come on, he asserts that suicide correlates with inequality, shows a bunch of outdated graphs trying to illustrate this, and concludes by saying there’s little to no research or data supporting this, basically negating everything he wrote.

How are the numbers? Do you have different sources or #grievancemuch?

Suicides>murders by 2.5/1 per another source I had read.
